1. Seller
[Företagsnamn AB], company reg. no. [556XXX-XXXX], Sibeliusgången 28, 164 77 Kista, 08-752 70 71, [info@akallatorget.se].
2. Ordering
An order is binding once it is paid or – with “Pay at the counter” – once it is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation and can follow the order live. We may decline an order, e.g. if an ingredient runs out; any payment is then refunded.
3. Prices and extras
All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT (12 % food, 25 % alcohol). Extras (e.g. extra cheese) cost the price shown; removing an ingredient does not lower the price. Lunch prices apply on weekdays at lunch time and evening prices may apply at certain times – the price for the time you choose is shown before you pay.
4. Payment
Pay online (Swish, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or at the counter when collecting. Tips are voluntary and go to the staff. Your receipt is under “My orders”; a till receipt from our cash register is always available on site.
5. Pick-up and times
Food is prepared for the time you choose. Estimated times are estimates. If you haven't collected within 30 minutes of the chosen time we contact you; uncollected food cannot be refunded. Uncollected “Pay at the counter” orders may block that option for your number.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (ch. 2, s. 11, p. 4) there is no right of withdrawal for food that spoils quickly. Call us as soon as possible to change or cancel – before the kitchen starts cooking we always do our best.
7. Alcohol
Alcohol is served only in the restaurant to guests aged 18 or over and cannot be ordered for pick-up. We check ID and may refuse service under the Swedish Alcohol Act.
8. Allergies
Write allergies in your order and ask our staff. See allergen information. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces of allergens.
9. Lunch card and offers
The digital lunch card gives one stamp per paid lunch; 10 stamps give one free lunch. The card is tied to your browser and cannot be exchanged for money. Offers are valid while shown.
10. Complaints
If something is wrong with your food – tell us straight away or contact us the same day on 08-752 70 71. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act applies.
11. Disputes
We always try to solve issues with you directly. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
